FOOD PYRAMID COMPOSITION

I almost never have breakfast.
I always have rice and meat or chicken for lunch , sometimes. I have fish.
I usually have mashed potatoes with butter and cheese for dinner, sometimes.
I have fried arepas with cheese, mandocas or empanadas.
I like to eat pizza for dinner,too. I love it.
I like to eat many sweets, cookies and potato chips very much and I like to eat ice cream and cakes, too.
I like to drink malta, or coke.Sometimes, I drink a cup of coffee milk for dinner.
I don´t like to eat fruits and I hate vegetables.
I think I don´t have a healthy diet because I eat many sweets, butter, potato chips and I don´t eat vegetables and fruits.
I need to eat vegetables and fruits more and I need to eat sweets and potato chips less.

COMPOSITION

I can cook very well, I can use a computer, too. I feel good for it because. I can cook my favorite dish, and computers make my life easier, the internet is one of the greatest technological achievements of our time. We can communicate with people of other countries.

THE ENGLISH WORKSHOP

Hi, my name´s Solanny but everybody calls me Sol I´m from maracaibo, I´m 17 years old and I study prescholastic education at urbe I live in maracaibo, in las piramides.

I Love:
I love music, dancing and surfing the net, studying english, talking on the phone with my favorite friends, pizza, cheese trees, my family and my country. I think vzla is the most beautiful country in the world.

I hate:
I hate vegetables, smoking, getting up early on the weekend, war and to clean the house.

My dream is:
my dream is to travel to Marbella, Spain because my older sister live there I want to speak english very well, too. I think english , has become the most important language in many fields, 80% of all information stored on computer systems is in english. I listen to music and watch T.V in english It´s a good exercise. I also chat on the internet and have friends in many countries.
